This site contains samples from and information about the books published by
Young Rascal AB, a small Stockholm-based publishing house specialising in
Nordic books about advertising, design and restaurants & cafés.
Young Rascal AB was founded in 1990 by Åke Lindberg, joint owner together with Dan Jörgenson.
Since the start we have published 30 titels. In the latest book, Creative
Swedish Agencies 2012, 27 of Swedens best advertising and designs
agencies are presented, each with a case which gives a good picture of
the agency and its way of creating added value for its client.
As all of the most resent titels it is published in English.
CSA 2012 is a continuation of Creative Swedish Agencies 2010,
which was published in December of 2009.
In between the publication of the two CSA-books we managed to
publish Classy Finnish Restaurants. In that book 52 of Finlands very
best restaurants were represented. Classy Finnish Restaurants was the
third book that we´ve published in the field of restaurants. The others
are Classy Finnish Restaurants and Cafés in Stockholm, published
in December 2008 and Classy Norwegian Restaurants published two
years later.
Our latest book about Norwegian Design was published in October
2007. It covers the work of 48 graphic and industrial design agencies.

This book presents, in text and appetizing pictures, 52 of Finlands very best restaurants - from Oulu in the North to Hanko in the South, from Imatra near the Russian border to Mariehamn on the island Åland in the Baltic Sea. 30 of the restaurants are located in Helsinki.
